What Are The Qualification Schemes?

 The ITIL Qualifications scheme provides a modular approach to ITIL certification, and is comprised of a series of certifications. There are four levels of certification within the ITIL scheme

• Foundation level
• Intermediate Level - Service Lifecycle & Service Capability Streams
• Expert Certificate
• Master Qualification
